Before Server version 4.1.101, there was a bug in the Preset Sharing which can lead to crash the server, or saturate the network, especially when the number of processor sharing presets increases.

For standalone products, this has been corrected in :

  • BigVoice 2 version 1.28
  • Impact, Pulse and First version 2.14
  • Eco version 1.15

To add more security to avoid this problem, the Preset Sharing includes an incompatibility in version :

  • Impact,Pulse,First 2.22
  • Eco 1.17
  • BigVoice2 1.31
  • BigVoice4 1.3

Processors with versions equal or above those will share their presets between them, but they do not with the lower versions.
