Standalone Factory Reset

If your standalone processor is in a bad state, you can try to put it back in factory state.
Standalone with a front panel
Follow this procedure :
- Hold the OK button while powering on the processor
- It should display "You are now in Recovery mode"
- Release the OK button
- In the menu, select "Factory Restore" and type OK
- When done, select "Reboot system" and type OK
- Your device is back to the factory state
You can also put it back to recovery with a newer firmware.
Before choosing "Factory Restore":
- Boot in recovery mode as above
- Plug an USB stick with the firmware in the processor
- choose "Select upgrade in removable device"
- Select your firmware upgrade
- Continue with "Factory Restore" as above
Standalone without a front panel
The unit needs to be opened, and a jumper put to boot in recovery mode. Contact support to have more information.
You can access the recovery menu from HTTP, the processor being in DHCP.
